Paris welcomes 2024 Christmas with its annual Christmas lights display at Champs Elysees Avenue

Christmas 2024 – The holiday season in Paris kicked off with the inauguration of the iconic Champs Elysees Christmas lights on November 24. For this year’s display, 400 trees along the famous avenue were illuminated with stunning LED lights, designed in the shape of a wine glass. The event, led by Tony Estanguet, president of the 2024 Paris Olympics, saw both locals and tourists flocking to the avenue, which was closed to traffic for the occasion. The enchanting lights will sparkle every evening until midnight, continuing the tradition of Parisian holiday splendor, and will shine until January 5, 2025.
