- Click on ‘New Registration’ and enter your NEET UG 2025 roll number, application number, name, date of birth, and security code.
- Create a password and submit to generate your login credentials for future access.
- Log in using the credentials and proceed to pay the registration fee and refundable security deposit online.
- Fill your preferred courses and colleges in the choice filling section based on your priorities.
- Lock your choices before the deadline, or they will be auto-locked after 11:55 PM on July 31, 2025.
- Download and save the confirmation page as proof of successful registration and choice submission.
- Make corrections (if needed) by unlocking your application form before 10 AM on July 31, 2025.
