The United Kingdom and Ukraine have finalised a substantial £2.26 billion loan agreement aimed at enhancing Ukraine’s defence capabilities. Finance Ministers Rachel Reeves and Sergey Marchenko concluded the agreement in a virtual ceremony. This historic deal comes after a meeting between President Zelensky and UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, emphasising their united commitment to Ukraine’s sovereignty.
